Luffe lined mittens class with Bernice

Knit a pair of mittens with Bernice!

These are the warmest, coziest pair of mittens you will ever wear.  They are lined, so the bitter Alberta winter won't freeze your hands.

Our samples are knit with Dk yarn on the outside and lining is knit with fingering yarn paired with Suri Silk Alpaca. The samples show a beautiful cuff or the simpler version with a hint of the lining showing.

Skills required: Knitting with circular needles, knitting, increases and decreases.

Skills covered: You will learn knitting in the round with the magic loop method, picking up stitches, and how to knit a neat thumb and mitt top.  You will also learn how to customize your mitts to fit your hand.

Supplies included: Yarns by Polka Dot Creek hand dyed yarns: 1 skein of DK, 1 skein of Suri Alpaca, and 2 mini skeins of Fingering yarn.

Supplies needed: Luffe pattern by Lone Kjeldsen on Ravelry.com and 3.5mm needles with a 32" cord

Each class is 2 hours long, 3 classes total.  Choose from the drop down menu if you prefer Tuesdays or Saturday.

No refunds. Cancellations must be made 14days prior to class.  If the weather is bad, we will re-schedule for a different date.
